We carry many products from all our brands, some of which are not listed on the website. 

If you don't see what you want please call us at (970) 453-7400 and we will do our best to accommodate your order.  We can special order any product from our brands as long they have the item in stock.

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally.  Any orders placed on the website must ship to the US and be paid for with a US credit card. If you wish to order from outside the US please call us 1-970-453-7400 and we will be happy to help.

Do your products come with a warranty? [Back to Top]

Many of our products come with a warranty that covers manufacturer defects.  The coverage is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer and these policies vary by manufacturer.

Our inventory is LIVE and is very accurate.  If for any reason you place and order that is out of stock we will contact you within 24 hours to advise you of your options.

We process internet orders Monday thru Friday excluding holidays.  All orders are guranteed to ship by the following business day from when the order was placed.

All orders shipped UPS ground can be expected in 4-6 business days.  Faster shipping is available at checkout.

Underground Snowboards assures you that you will never have to worry about credit card information or purchase information security at checkout.  We use a 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for all data encryption at checkout to protect the transmission of information.

At Underground Snowboards we sincerely hope you enjoy your purchase and your saitisfaction is our priority.  If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your purchase for a full refund or exchange.

  • All items can be returned for exchange or full refund within 7 days after you recieve your purchase.
  • Call us at (970) 453-7400 within 7 days of the receipt of your item.  We will issue you an RA# (Return Authorization Number).  This RA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the package being returned.
  • Returned goods must be in original packaging with original tags and in mint condition.
  • Include a copy of your receipt with the returned goods.
  • Returns and exchanges must be received by Underground Snowboards within 15 days of the original purchase date.  After we receive the returned items it may take up to 45 days to process your return/exchange.
  • Shipping fees associated with a return or exchange are the responsibility of the customer.

Any items received that do not meet the above criteria will be refused and sent back to the customer.
